hehe...it took me way to long to figure it out...but i went to pyzam.com and they have tons of free templates. they're not as cool as some of the personalized templates...but they're much better than the normal blogger ones. just my two cents...hehe!
Go to www.thecutestblogontheblock.com and get a template there. Read the directions though. I think mine is just a regular blogger template that allows for a picture in the top,don't know which one it is, though. And I just changed all the colors myself.
